They’re now looking for a Deputy Manager to join their passionate team and support the smooth running of their business.

Your Role 

As the Deputy Manager, you will support the smooth running of our client’s office, as well as their holiday properties. 

Supporting the General Manager, you will: 

- Compile staff rotas, arrange meetings, handle staff issues and authorise leave 
- Recruit temporary members of staff 
- Ensure the smooth running of the Housekeeping Department, including property inspections and H&S audits 
- Develop new strategies to encourage property bookings 
- Liaise with property owners regarding bookings 
- Review content and images for the website 
- Monitor competitor activity 
- Take responsibility for decision-making in the General Manager’s absence 

About You 

To be considered as a Deputy Manager, you’ll need: 

- Experience in a customer-focused role 
- Line management experience 
- Business development skills 
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel 
- Great communication and relationship-building skills
