This is a warm, family owned and friendly pub with a welcoming atmosphere in the heart of the Derbyshire village of Ockbrook. They serve quality home cooked food lunchtimes and evenings, as well as award winning cask ales.

They are Derby CAMRA 'Country Pub of the Year' and have been in the Good Beer Guide for 40 years!

They are now looking for a fully qualified and experienced Chef to join their team.

Role will involve:
- Prepare, cook and present amazing traditional fresh food
- Involvement in creating new menu ideas and recipes
- Taking pride in maintaining highest standards of cleanliness and safety

Skills required:
- Fully Experienced
- Excellent verbal communication
- Have great attention to detail
- Can run a busy kitchen and work closely with the team
