Sales Administrator Opportunities
35 hours per week
Our Client is one of the UK’s leading on-site and off-site shredding companies, providing confidential document and data shredding services throughout England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland.
They now have exciting opportunities for Sales Administrators to join their Sales team where you will be based at their depot in Crayford. These are permanent, full time roles working 35 hours per week.
Within the role you will input prospective customer records and all required fields onto Maximizer, creating relevant opportunities as required. Producing reports required for customers on request, and ensuring all proposals and agreements are sent accurately within set timescales, you will check customer invoice queries against details on customer contract, and will communicate with customers where necessary.
Managing the attendance for the Field based team and ensuring all quotes form the Account Management team are dealt with quickly and accurately, you will also produce and update weekly and monthly reports as required, prioritising your workload accordingly.
As the successful candidate you will have a polite and professional attitude to all customers, taking ownership for resolving their queries and suggesting ways to continuously improve customer service and products.
Previous experience in a similar customer service related role is required, as is having a positive attitude and the ability to achieve and exceed your KPI targets.
