Part Time Accounts Assistant - £18,000 to £22,000 Pro Rata

One of the leading brand experience agencies in the North West. Our portfolio ranges from conferences, gala dinners, incentives, brand activation, video and everything in-between, with clients such as Adidas, Google and Audi to name a few. 

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a part time Accounts Assistant to join the team for 3 days a week. Reporting to the Company Account, you’ll be involved in assisting in all aspects of the finance side from, daily bank reconciliation's, processing sales and purchase invoices, preparing pay runs, updating job costings on our in house systems, credit control and more. 

You

Ideally you’ll already have experience within the finance department, however full training will be given. You’ll have awesome IT skills with a keen analytical eye. You will be an excellent communicator, able to work with colleagues at all levels and have the drive to succeed. You’ll also be first-rate in providing assistance to the team. Ideally you’ll be used to using Xero, but it’s not essential.

Salary £18k – 22.5k pro rata, 3 days a week (we can offer some flexibility on which days / hours)
