Part-Time Customer Service
Customer Service Co-ordinator, Croydon
Part Time (18 hours per week - £14,375 salary)
Working on a shift basis: 2 weekdays 3pm-6pm, Saturday 9am-2pm, Sunday 4pm-9pm
MUST HAVE FLEXIBILITY TO COVER OUT OF HOURS TEAM 6-9PM MONDAY TO SUNDAY.
You must have previous customer service/sales experience from an office based role.
Contact with customers, handling incoming and outgoing calls promptly and in a professional manner.
Manage each customer and their expectations to ensure they receive the most appropriate service in a timely manner.
Liaise with suppliers, motor dealers and operational teams to manage customers' requirements and execute within service level agreements.
Collection of payments where applicable from clients.
Complete rental documentation and collate client documentation to enable supply of hire vehicles.
Liaise and co-ordinate staff to assist with supply or collection of rental vehicles.
Update relevant systems with hire vehicle information and customer updates.
Management of vehicle terminations and communication

The ability to effectively communicate at all levels both verbally and in file notes.
The ability to recognise and deliver excellent Customer Service.
Team player but also ability to work independently.
Good computer skills.
Excellent telephone manner.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible and confident approach to tasks.
Able to work under pressure yet remain calm.
Able to learn, absorb and retain a wide variety of information.
Desirable Skills & Attributes
Administrative and Customer Service Background
Background in car hire / motor trade would be beneficial but not essential.
Clean & current driving licence
