Student Safeguarding & Wellbeing Officer
32.5 hrs per week (8.30am – 3.30pm)
Term Time Only, plus one INSET day
£17,417—£19,726 pro rata JG5
Would you like to make a real difference supporting young people with their health and wellbeing?
Nailsea School is looking to employ a Student Safeguarding and Wellbeing Officer to assist the Designated Safeguarding lead in ensuring students are supported in both a proactive and reactive manner. The successful candidate will work with the Assistant Head (Behaviour and Wellbeing) to ensure that students are supported in emergency situations, including first aid, as well as through planned support and guidance on an ongoing basis.

¨ Experience of and confidence in working with young people, particularly in a safeguarding role
¨ Ability to act decisively and confidently under pressure
