Our Client is England’s leading provider of retirement housing and care services for people aged 55 and above. 

They are looking to appoint a Sales Consultant to join their Property Development department where you will be the first point of contact with potential and existing customers, responding effectively to calls, emails and enquiries whilst receiving visitors on-site and arranging viewing and reservation appointments.

This is an ideal role for a property sales professional who is looking to  gain or widen their experience in the ever growing retirement market.   It will involve the sale of 43 1 & 2 bedroom apartments for shared ownership and outright sale at their newest Extra Care development in the popular town of Helmsley.

Within the role, you will assist at promotional events and  manage reservation appointments, customer options and buyer assistance facilities.  You will also manage sales leads and sales progression effectively, maintain regular customer contact to keep the purchaser updated with build, progress and events. Overseeing the day to day management and carrying out regular inspections of the show apartment, marketing suite and stock apartments, you will work with the Housing and Care Manager and central sales team, to support  the application process 

They are looking for a dynamic property sales professional, who can trouble shoot and think outside the box to make sales happen.  With excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to explain detailed information to others, you will be enthusiastic and target driven. 

Other experience in a customer service role would be a distinct advantage, but above all you will be approachable, organised and able to prioritise.

The working hours for this role are 9am – 5pm Thursday to Saturday. This is a FTC for 12 months.

In return, our Client offers a competitive commission structure which is £300 per property as the maximum commission and OTE potential
