My client based near St Austell is in need of an experienced Bench joiner to join their growing team.
If you have recent, relevant experience and are interested in working in a professional, well established joinery business please get in touch ASAP!
Permanent position working Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm (40 hours per week + overtime available)
Excellent rate of pay – dependent on experience paying between 18,000 and 25,000 annually.
Duties for our bench joiners:
Manufacture and assemble bespoke timber windows, doors and stairs
Requirements of a bench joiner:
Time served or NVQ in bench joinery or equivalent
Experience in modern woodworking machinery and hand tools
Experience in reading drawings, templates & written instructions
Products are all bespoke and range from sliding sash windows, casement windows, doors, screens and architectural mouldings
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Ability to use problem-solving and critical thinking skills
To be able to work independently or as part of team.
