The Role

Stoke on Trent College is seeking to appoint a Team Leader to join their Public Services, Travel and Sport programmes.  Supporting the Head of Faculty and working cooperatively with Curriculum, Student Services and Quality teams, you will play a vital role in developing an efficient team for programme planning, curriculum development and innovation.  A key focus will also be as part of the observation team to drive forward high quality teaching, learning and assessment within the faculty.

The role will also ensure that you have the opportunity to maintain your student contact through the delivery of an agreed weekly teaching timetable.

The Requirements

You will come to the role as a qualified teacher with a minimum of 3 years teaching experience and relevant vocational experience.  You will also need to evident your successes in the delivery of high quality and effective learning.
