Responsibilities-
Marketing the company to potential new customers
Selling new concepts and ideas to potential customers to drive business
Keeping ahead of trends and delivering bespoke catering dependent on client
Recruiting, inducting and training new starters
Operationally running the events that take place from inception to end
Upselling services
Marketing and Promotional work
Training & Recruitment
Planning and budgeting all events on behalf of a customer
Overseeing Caf?? retail
Financially accountable for site and Cash Handling
The Candidate -
Experience in a similar environment
Excellent organisational skills
Fantastic Communication skills
Passionate about the events and catering industry
Polished and well presented
IT literate
Experience with online catering booking systems
Complete foodie who enjoys putting menus together
Experience in venue events and retail catering.
