My client based in Canary Wharf is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Advisor to come and work alongside their vibrant, lively and dedicated team to work on a 6 month FTC during their peak time of recruitment. My client operates in the financial services and recruits in a number of areas including Marketing, IT, HR and Investment.
Your role as a Recruitment Advisor will require you to use various internal systems including LinkedIn recruiter to source and match applicants to jobs based on their experience, skill set and persona. You will also manage social media recruitment campaigns and maintain the professional image my client has.
You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle including providing advice and insight to business partners on the current recruitment process. This role will require you to manage the preferred supplier list my client has as well as managing the recruitment budget and ensuring any new hires are agreed in the budget and structure levels.
As a recruitment advisor you will be lively, hard working, professional, and confident in communication, experienced in internal and external recruitment and be highly experience in using LinkedIn recruiter.
- Internal and external recruitment experience ( 3 years minimum)
- LinkedIn recruiter experience ( 4-5 hours a day)
- Interview and psychometric testing experience
