Personal Assistant to the Vice-Principal, Curriculum, Quality and Performance

Salary: £20,456 - £22,392

Contract Type:  Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks a year

Location: Paignton, Devon.

We are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to the Vice-Principal Curriculum, Quality and Performance.  The successful applicant will provide a wide range of administrative support to the Vice-Principal, working within the Principalship PA Team.  The scope of the role is significantly broader than that of a secretarial post, although it does incorporate secretarial functions.

The successful candidate will need to hold GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above, or equivalent and have a high level of IT literacy including Microsoft Suite.  You will need to have secretarial/Administrative experience in a complex and diverse organisation, have excellent organisational skills, excellent communication skills, be a good team player and have diplomacy and confidentiality.
