Professional, passionate and motivated Chef De Partie required for busy Fine Dining Pub/Restaurant in Worcester.

This traditional and inviting pub has a fantastic reputation for freshly prepared, mouth watering, great British food, using locally sourced, fresh grown ingredients.

The successful candidate must have a real passion for food, a desire to learn, progress and develop and be able to work well within a team with great attention to detail.
As Chef de Partie you will be running a designated section of the kitchen, preparing food as directed by senior chefs, daily foraging, fresh food prep for busy service and assisting with daily smooth running of the kitchen (Head & Sous chef support)

Stock control: orders for section; receiving goods and storage; helping to maintain GP target / low food wastage levels.

This role would suit a creative, foodie chef with lots of enthusiasm and passion for cooking and learning who is looking for good personal development and progression.

Previous experience in a busy, fresh food kitchen is essential.
Due to location, own transport is required.

This is a full time, permanent position and you will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary, dependent on experience, plus gratuities.
