We are looking for a Credit Controller to join a well established company who are willing to give the right person the opportunity to gain some great training and financial experience. You will enjoy working in an energetic and vibrant work environment with a small team of 5 on a full time permanent basis. The role will require working on a broad range of customer accounts and manage them effectively by building and maintaining lasting relationships with businesses.
You will enjoy a varied role including:
- Contracting customers via email and phone to progress outstanding payment and chase collection
- Maintain and managing your our ledger (circa 650 accounts)
- Creating new customer accounts and carrying out credit checks
- Dealing with a large amount of queries
To be successful in this role you ideally will be studying or qualified in AAT and you will also hold strong communication skills and a high level of organisational skills.
