Sales support and office administrator

Full time role to replace current member of staff who wishes to reduce hours. Office based working in a team of three, supporting four field based sales staff.

Key sales support and administration role. 

Key skills:

Telephone and interpersonal skills.

High level of organisation in administration and managing day to day activities. 

Sound knowledge of SAGE and Microsoft systems

Posting and managing Sales/Purchase orders on SAGE system

Oversee regulatory returns for the business

Manage and oversee company stock ledgers

Sound knowledge of Excel to manage sales distribution and prospecting lists

Email and diary management
