Position: IT Recruitment Resourcer / Junior Consultant
Location: Sutton Coldfield
Salary: Circa GBP20,000 plus excellent and realistic Bonus/Commission
Benefits: Pension, Healthcare, Free Car Parking.
We are a privately owned recruitment firm, established over 15 years ago with modern open plan offices in Sutton Coldfield within one minutes' walk to the town centre.
We have a long-standing trading history with large Plc's and SME's alike, a state of the art CRM, access to all the job websites you will ever need, a cutting edge social media offering and a first class marketing department to help with promos, web offering and PR.
We have a great team of consultants in the IT recruitment division and what they need is an experienced and capable IT Resourcer/ Junior Consultant to work closely with them and their clients.
If staying as a Resourcer is what you want that's fine and we have plenty to keep you occupied and challenged but equally if you want to take the step into a Junior Consultant position, we can do that too - the choice will be all yours.
I know there are loads of recruitment firms looking to offer you a new challenge but I don't think many if any can offer you the opportunity that we can - not only in terms of salary but support, career development, working environment etc. We really look after our employees and have regular early finishes on a Friday (13:00), bottles of champagne and GBP50 prizes for reaching monthly milestones, monthly meals and company nights out and 120 Club! This is where our top performers (120% of target over a 3 month period) are taken out on an all expenses day and night out! This has previously included champagne tasting at exclusive venues, Cocktail Making masterclasses, nights out to the Casino and of course all food and drink is provided!

What we need from you;
* Experience of working in an IT Recruitment/ IT Resourcer role (or experience in another professional recruitment industry)
* A work history/understanding or genuine interest in the field of IT.
* Excellent telephone manner and experience of working in a predominantly phone based role
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
