Main purpose of Recruitment Partner role:
To manage the relationship between the HR Service Centre and designated
business area/s to ensure that the service provision is fit for purpose.
Responsible for attracting, pre-qualifying and pipelining candidates for
our Advice and Wealth Management business Intrinsic Financial Services
Key Responsibilities and Scope of role:
This role sits within the internal recruitment team in defining and
implementing the Recruitment strategy. The role involves using a range of
recruitment tools including CV mining, job boards, advertising, referrals
and social media, to source and attract the best candidates for the job.
You'll carry out thorough telephone interviews, gain interest and support
candidates throughout the application process, arranging selection events
with the local hiring managers.
At the end of the process, you'll provide feedback and make offers,
ensuring the candidate receives the best recruitment and selection
experience p o s s i b l e , regardless of outcome.
Key responsibilities include:
* Play an active part in team meetings to provide input in how best to
manage wworkload to ensure the direct hire strategy is delivered
across the business
* Work closely with line managers to source excellent candidates using
job boards and social media.
* Create attraction campaigns, select and present pre-qualified
candidates for vacancies and build talent pipelines
* Deliver outstanding vacancy management, against agreed recruitment
metrics including time to hire, cost to hire, retention of hires,
candidate and hiring manager feedback
* Develop external networks, attend job fairs and embrace social media
as part of the direct hire strategy
* Conduct Competency based telephone assessments with candidates
* Managing the relationship with the HRBP for the designated business
area/s to ensure that the Recruitment Team is delivering the right
service for the business now and in the future
* Actively share know ledge and support up skilling Service Centre
colleagues

Qualifications required:
Recruitment qualification is desirable
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Essential
* Recruitment and resourcing experience, ideally with a mixture of
inhouse and
* Agency, managinglarge volume recruitmentcampaignsfrom midmanagement
to senior hires
* Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates is
essential, as is being able to manage concurrent campaigns and
sourcing activities, whilst juggling changing priorities
* Recruitment best practice experience including compliance such as
'Right to Work'
* An effective networker with a passion for the candidate experience
and service delivery
Desirable
* Experience using ATS - I-Grasp
* Experience using LinkedIn recruiter
* Experience with recruiting into Financial Services
