HR Administrator
Castelford Area
6 Month Fixed Term Contract
Manufacturing Industry
Our client near Castleford have an immediate requirement for a HR Administrator to join them on an initial 6 month contract.
This may well become permanent but this can not be guaranteed at this time.
Main duties:
Recruitment admin i.e. internal job adverts, coordinating interviews, offer letters and contracts, references
Arranging inductions of new starters
Monitoring and chasing probation reviews
Arrange exit interviews and conduct analysis
Log training/objectives identified at appraisals
Inputting of training/toolbox talks
Help source training providers
Coordinate training i.e. book people on courses, send invites etc.
Inputting of absence
Updating organisation chart
Entering/deleting colleagues on the swipe access system. Ordering swipe access cards
Filing/archiving
Dealing with basic queries i.e. cycle to work scheme, eye tests
Collating information for payroll
You will be expected to work regular office hours, Monday to Friday.
The ideal candidate will have some HR experience at assistant/coordinator level. You will need to have a confident nature and it is essential you are from a manufacturing background. Must have an eye for detail and remain discreet at all times as you will be seeing/dealing with sensitive and confidential information. Must have a helpful and positive manner with good communication skills. Need good IT skills especially with Excel.
