We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Operative to assist in the
day-to-day maintenance of CareTech services premises.
Be prepared to travel throughout Hertfordshire, Norfolk, East London,
Berkshire of as deemed necessary to complete the works.
Driving Licence - Group A
Ideally the candidate to be Apprenticeship served with a minimum of City
& Guilds within the building discipline
Trained to general building, decorating, carpentry, plumbing
The ability to multi task across Carpentry/Plumbing/Decorating
Able to work on own initiative
Able to communicate with a wide and varied client base at all levels
Be prepared to participate in 24 hours roistered on-call system ( Ratio 1
: 4)
The post holder will be required to:
Drive a van with the appropriate full driving licence
Effectively use a keyboard and other IT related devices
Able to use a Smartphone or similar
Caretech Community Services established in 1993 has 250 services with
continuous growth with new developments/services.

with complex and challenging behaviours associated with autism, learning
