Multi trade Construction/ Handyman builder - immediate start next week

Are you qualified, experienced and skilled in multiple trades?

Are you an experienced multi skilled Labourer?

We are recruiting for Multi Trade professionals to work on sites across London, for a reputable construction company who specialise in refurbishments, loft installations, and new build. You may be required to travel to different to locations. You must be able to demonstrate high quality of workmanship in all trade required skills. Non multi Skilled Labourers will also be considered.

This is an ongoing temporary position with a view to going permanent. Hourly rate GBP9.50 - GBP16ph depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

?? To work in or manage small team's ensuring each phase of work is completed to a high standard.

?? Delegating tasks as deem appropriate to facilitate operation meets finish time deadlines.

?? Having a sound understanding of building regulations.

?? Carry out the appropriate checks in compliance with building regulations.

Multi trade skill set we are looking for:

?? Plumbing

?? Carpentry

?? Bricklaying

?? Painting and Decorating

General Compliance;

?? Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules

?? To use appropriate safety equipment

?? To wear appropriate clothing/uniform

?? To endure clean and tidy works areas at end of day

?? Timely completion of any relevant documents

?? Compliance with specification

?? Any other reasonable management request

Experience required

?? Previous trade experience

?? Site Management/Supervisor experience

?? Relevant industry related knowledge

?? Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation

?? Excellent organisational skills

?? Professional attitude and approach to work

Proof of all relevant qualifications is required such as CSCS, Level 3 Plumbing, Carpentry, Bricklaying, Painting and decorating or higher.
