Marketing Research Executive

We are working on behalf of a tech company based in Cambridge that specialise in applications within the food industry. This position is to undertake market research to seek potential clients. This role is NOT a cold calling role and sits within the marketing team undertaking web based Market Research.

Start: ASAP
Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
Hours: 8.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Hourly Rate: GBP22,000 - GBP26,000

To be suitable you must be a strong communicator both verbally and written. This role is ideally suited to candidates who have strong market analysis or market intelligence skills.

Responsibilities:

• Market research on potential customers
• Coordinate company prospects generated from desk research
• Provide high quality and timely company prospect profiles to the sales team
• Produce market insight reports to the appropriate sales and marketing channels
• Manage the collation and sharing of market intelligence and insight across industry segments

Skills and Experience Required:

• Marketing qualification (desirable)
• Marketing analysis or marketing intelligence
• Experience within the food industry (desirable)
• Strong report writing skills
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills
• High analytical skills
• Ability to use initiative
