Brook Street are looking for a Conference & Banqueting Manager!
My client an exceptional 4* Boutique Hotel near central Bath is looking for a Conference & Banqueting Manager to lead the Conference & Banqueting team, taking responsibility for ensuring the delivery of high standards of service at conferences, events and weddings, creating fantastic memories for their guests.
You will manage the departmental manpower and operating costs in line with budget ensuring targeted profit contributions are achieved. Actively contributing to driving Conference and Event sales, you will ensure the team is inspired to achieve upselling targets.
You will be leading activities that continuously develop the skills and capabilities of your team, you will be committed to ensuring that every team member feels valued and engaged.
Competencies of a C&B Manager:
You must be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests whilst demonstrating excellent food and wine knowledge.
The ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a genuine and approachable manner is essential.
Previous experience at a similar level and in a similar environment is essential.

The salary range is a rewarding £25,000 - £28,000.
