Newman University is seeking to appoint a Library Service Support Assistant to work in our busy Library. Responsible to the Library Service Support Manager, Library Service Support Assistants work behind the scenes in the day-to-day running of the Library, undertaking a range of administrative activities to support the access and use of library resources by students and staff.   

This post works across the areas of acquisitions, circulation support and document supply. Initially, the main responsibilities of this post will be document supply, focussing on inter-library loans and scanning services using the Digital Content Store. 

Applicants should have experience of working in an administrative role, together with the ability to work methodically and accurately, with meticulous attention to detail.
