Job Title: Administrator

Location: Sherburn-in-Elmet

Salary: £18,000 - £19,000

Job Type: Permanent, Full time

Hours: Mon - Fri - 8 - 5

Established for over 35 years and now one of the North West's leading & multi award winning Engineering companies, the Company is looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Administrator to join their busy and expanding team based in Sherburn-in-Elmet.

This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated and dynamic person to thrive, working within a successful and vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Production Team Leaders and shop floor staff to collate production information
  • Inputting production book information onto job costing system
  • Experience of accounts / invoice queries etc
  • Goods inwards booking in and onto system
  • Logging daily clocking's / time and attendance
  • Experience of payroll, preparing exceptions / production bonus for the payroll department etc
  • Filing, photocopying, scanning and any other general administration tasks
  • Answering and dealing with incoming calls
  • To adhere to all health and safety
  • Any other ad hoc duties

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Computer Literate
  • Previous experience within a general administration support role
  • Fully competent in Microsoft Office
  • Experience of Microsoft access desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to work well on own initiative or as part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task and with a high level of attention to detail
