Assistant Apartment Manager (Hotel, Hospitality)

As a fast growing serviced apartment business they are intent on reshaping hospitality. They want to make sure that everyone understands the benefits of staying in a serviced apartment versus other types of accommodation when they are away from home. They have a passion for their apartments and they hope you will as well.
They now have a great opportunity for you to join the team as an Assistant Apartment Manager across their 2 Bristol properties, where you will support the Apartment Manager with the overall operation of their apartments. This includes people management and delivering memorable service to achieve targeted occupancy levels, revenue, length of stay and overall business targets.
As the “go to” person for guests, contractors and visitors you will meet and greet people, managing queries and handling the day to day operation, acting as Duty Manager when required.
If you have previous experience in a customer focussed role, specifically hospitality or retail, coupled with supervisory experience then our Client would love to hear from you! This is a great opportunity for a hands on leader, someone who is not afraid to get stuck in and help, who has a high attention to detail and is a team player.

Given the nature of the role, you will need to be flexible with your working hours and as per business needs, you will be required to work weekends.
