We are currently recruiting for a Tenancy Compliance Specialist to provide a front line response to reports of Anti-Social and criminal behaviour. You will carry out thorough and timely investigations into reports with a focus on resolving issues through early intervention to ensure customers comply with their tenancy.
You will identify and react to compliance-related issues and suggest and contribute towards innovative solutions including agreeing to action plans using both legal and non-legal remedies with perpetrators to resolve issues and prevent escalation.
As a Tenancy Compliance Specialist, you will ensure those reporting ASB, including victims, are kept advised and informed during the process and where appropriate, make referrals and work with partner agencies who are able to provide support for the victims of ASB.
We are looking for a team player who has the ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads to deliver an efficient service. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience of full case management of ASB cases, including taking legal action who has the ability to work in a busy and challenging environment. You will be up to date with the latest regulations and case law and strong mediation skills promoting tenancy sustainment and minimising legal interventions.
