We are currently seeking a Recovery Administrator who will be responsible for maximising income through the efficient and effective recovery of rent, property charges and sundry debts. Dealing with rent cases from the first contact to pre-notice, you will support and signpost customers to maximise income through benefits and employment.
As a Recovery Administrator, you will carry out all first contact for early intervention of arrears cases on a weekly basis within the housing management system so that the risk of increasing arrears are managed and Yarlington's income is protected.
Additionally, you will recover sundry debts for both current and former tenant and other property charges, proactively manage new tenant accounts, calculate and process refunds and deliver on target arrears performance to ensure a consistent customer experience is delivered.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within a busy and challenging environment. You will be up to date with the latest regulations and have knowledge of Welfare Reform and pre-court protocols. Previous experience in dealing with rent arrears is desirable.

Resident Positive – We will guarantee at least two tenants an interview based on them meeting the essential criteria.
