Position:Permanent Account Manager

We are looking for an ambitious, motivated and talented Account Manager to support our market-leading Public Sector Division. You will be responsible for delivery of Account Management in Permanent capacity into multiple Public Sector organisations.
You will be required to develop relationships with client stakeholders at varying levels, including IT & Project Managers, HR/Procurement through to Executive Leadership.

The Position:

The role requires:

*Servicing existing customers and generating new sales opportunities
*Actively marketing top-tier candidates into potential clients
*Developing and managing new and existing client relationships up to C/D level.
*Identification of high calibre candidates with in demand skills such as Digital, Cyber Security, Big Data and Portfolio Management.
*Qualification and selection of candidates to shortlist
*Managing salary negotiations and offers
*Provision of a high standard of client and candidate care
*Regular client visits throughout the UK

Personal Attributes:

You will need to have a track-record of success within a recruitment environment (ideally IT but other categories will be strongly considered) and be able to demonstrate:

*Proven track record within a Permanent recruitment role
*Proven ability to generate new business and develop existing relationships
*Drive to succeed in a competitive marketplace
*Passion for achieving and surpassing targets
*A track record of providing outstanding customer care
*Capability to work professionally as part of a vibrant, energetic recruitment team
