Hull College Group is one of the largest further and higher education colleges in the country, offering over 1000 courses to over 26,000 students every year.

We are looking for an interim Quality Manager to join our management team where you will develop and maintain effective relationships with senior managers, strategic leadership teams, peers and delivery teams. This is a contract role until 31st December 2018.

Within the role you will drive quality improvement strategies in the curriculum at each stage of the student learning experience, increasing success and progression. Reviewing and supporting the service of your School through effective implementation of internal quality improvement processes, you will provide targeted, relevant and high quality coaching support and staff development whilst leading on the development of digital competences in the curriculum.

As the successful candidate you will be qualified to degree level coupled with a Post graduate Teaching, Education qualification or Certificate in Education. An outstanding teaching and learning practitioner who has a successful and experienced background in delivery of a range of curriculum, you will have current experience of OFSTED Common Inspection Framework.

With highly effective consultation, motivational and negotiation skills, and with recent experience of implementing quality improvements, you will be able to manage multiple projects effectively.
