Our client is exciting Financial Services organisations based in Lichfield and due to continued expansion they are presently looking to recruit 2 Graduate Financial Advisors to join their growing team.
Duties:
- Developing and managing relationships with financial advisers and administrators through understanding their requirements and being trained up to be experts in their technolgy
- Providing support to Investment managers and their staff
- Managing all queries received either by phone, email or letter
- Processing requests to agreed service levels
- Supporting the onboarding and set up of new Customers - this will include the training of the new Customers and onsite visits
- Communications to our customers
Candidate requirments:
Degree qualified or equivalent. Extremely driven and motivated. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in IT. Excellent work ethic. Desire to build a career
