£48,765 + Total Reward Benefits Package
Full-time - 37 hours per week

We are recruiting to an exciting new role within our senior management structure which will shape and lead our ambitious and innovative programme to create a positive people, performance and learning culture amongst our team of 180 staff. 
You will lead on all internal communications and organisational development, as part of our multi-disciplinary Business Transformation programme
As the head of the HR/OD team, you will have the freedom to adopt innovative and effective approaches to the development and management of our people and talent, thus contributing to our continuing success in an ever changing world.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the person we appoint will have significant experience of creating and driving the implementation of strategic and tactical HR plans.  You will be educated to degree level and/or possess an appropriate CIPD professional qualification.  As importantly you will have a demonstrable record in providing an efficient business orientated HR service that meets our responsibilities as an employer and helps people become the best that they can be.
