Resourcing Sepcialist

Role Overview:

The Resourcing Specialist role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter looking to develop and enhance

their current skill set. As an Outsourced Recruiter you will partner with the Client to provide a fully integrated support

and advisory service to internal Hiring Managers, employees and internal and external candidates. In this role you will

create engaging adverts, source direct candidates through a combination of online channels, and remotely support Hiring

Manager's with their recruitment campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Recruitment professional you will be passionate about candidate attraction and recruitment. You will have experience

of recruiting both high and low volume roles and will have the tenacity to continuously review and adapt your approach to

source suitable applicants for difficult to fill roles.

Building strong working relationships with Key Client Stakeholders and the Clients Recruitment team is an essential

part of the role. You must be confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels and developing relationships built on trust

and honest communication. You will be articulate, able to express yourself well, with the confidence to persuade Hiring

Managers to change their recruitment approach when required.

Direct souring is the Clients preferred method of recruitment, so experience and knowledge of how to utilise online

sourcing methods is essential. You will have experience of attracting talented candidates, writing compelling and

engaging adverts that catch the imagination and encourage candidate to apply.

As you would expect there are administration duties, from tracking and updating MI systems through to answering

candidate queries; as a result you will need an excellent eye for detail and a methodical approach to your work.

As a passionate recruiter you will enjoy researching current and new recruitment techniques and online advertising

solutions. You will be innovative by nature, always looking at new ways to attract candidates and also improve on current

work practices.
