We are currently recruiting for a Community Partner to deliver landlord services within defined areas of our properties and estates. Ensuring effective management to the required standards which support the principles of sustain, maintain and comply in relation to our customer tenancies and our properties.
As a Community Partner, you will complete a proactive property inspection programme, identifying and advising on any estate and tenancy sustainment issues within our statutory and regulatory requirements. You will develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal departments and external agencies.

Additionally, you will seek to continually improve the customer experience through the identification of learnings from customer interactions and make recommendations to the management team to improve services.

We are looking for an assertive, motivated individual with strong communication skills with a proven ability to problem solve and work in an agile and flexible environment. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience of Housing Management and landlords services and have the ability to undertake difficult conversations to achieve positive outcomes. You must have a full UK driving licence and own transport for business purposes.

Resident Positive – We will guarantee at least two tenants an interview based on them meeting the essential criteria.
