Our client is a leading supplier of LPG for homes and businesses across the UK. Renowned for excellence in delivering value and a high-quality service, they pride themselves on going above and beyond for their customers.

Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Case Worker to provide an inbound and outbound Customer Service Care function to both B2B and B2C.

Responsibilities will include dealing with customer enquiries and queries, resolving and managing complaints and acting as the focal point for customers requiring 2nd level support through our Order Taking Contact Centre.  You’ll provide professional, thorough and accurate support to other departments, will deliver an excellent stakeholder and customer relationship service and will act as a support service to our third party customer service team; answering queries, improving skill set and first call resolution.

We are looking for customer focussed individuals educated to GCSE level or equivalent and must be a competent IT user with strong Microsoft Office skills. You’ll be a team player with high levels of attention to detail and data input skills.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to create good rapport with customers and colleagues and must be able to deal with and resolve complaints efficiently.
