We need an office administrator who has experience of working in financial services, preferably for an IFA but ex bank, fund management or insurance company staff will be considered.  Experience of discretionary portfolio management would be an advantage, as would knowledge of Iress XPlan and Excel spreadsheets.  The role will include processing applications, running an advisor’s diary, dealing with insurance companies, fund managers and platforms, answering the telephone, opening post, responding to clients and anything else necessary.  

The position is for at least 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday) and preferably 4.
