The Opportunity

Due to continued business growth we are now looking to recruit an experienced Associate to own multiple projects globally and help to continually develop best practice.




You will be comfortable working in a small but focused team, and will take responsibility for compiling accurate research reports and sales presentation material for UK and international clients within our key market sectors.




You will join a highly respected executive search business, supporting the hiring of top executives into some of the most recognised names in the global technology market. Key Objectives and duties:


To become a world class Associate through:


Building in-depth knowledge of our market, Technology & Digital business dynamic/trends, organisations and people


Acting as an ambassador for Sheffield Haworth internally and externally at events and client meetings


Professionally representing our clients opportunities to candidates


Effectively providing a high quality, results focussed, timely and effective research service


Preparing research and operational reports for clients, monitoring and reviewing performance


Analysing and implementing procedural change internally to ensure effective international search delivery


Playing a key interface between the candidate and the client throughout the search process


Develop and maintain strong network of senior level contacts in your specialist area


Recruit and develop new hires, set objectives and manage performance


Management of the complete search process


Co-ordinating the services and resources offered by the company, liaising with senior staff, clients and candidates


Strong customer focus


Result and delivery oriented – working to and developing objectives to evaluate and report on performance


Excellent ability on phone


Credible and professional approach, representing company policy and recommending improvements


Team player, working to and developing new internal processes and procedures








Educated to degree level with International exposure


A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an executive search / recruitment environment


Experience of the UK and International markets


Experience of Global market mapping and search management


Able to demonstrate substantial IT literacy (especially with MS Office) and ability to exhaustively utilise the internet for research purposes


Proven team player with track record hiring, training and development


Strong project management and analytical skills, proven ability to work to deadlines


Excellent communication skills, including confident telephone manner.


Proven track record of dealing with high level clients and candidates
