Office Assistant

Part time/permanent – {12hrs/week over a min of 3days}

Competitive hourly rate to be agreed with the successful candidate

Are you a dedicated Office Assistant that is passionate about keeping customers happy and diligent about helping make the business run smoothly?  If so, you could be the right person for this role.

A growing Cirencester based company that specialise in industrial hoses and accessories are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic Office Assistant to help a highly capable team and their growing business in Cirencester, Gloucestershire.

As Office Assistant you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Responding to and acting on customer queries
  • Maintaining and updating key databases
  • Data entry in Sage 
  • Answering the telephone and responding to email enquiries
  • Producing reports, quotes and other administrative duties where needed
  • Providing additional administrative assistance as required

The ideal Office Assistant will have the following skills, experience & behaviours:
