Welding Harness & Torch Repair Technician
This position is based within the Maintenance Department working as part of a team. Upon completion of training, the job role is to include the following:
Robotic & hand held welding harness/torch repairs to include -
Tregaskiss, Binzel, Bernard, Cloos, Fronius, Air & Water cooled systems.
This position operates on a rotational shift basis:
* Day shift
* Back shift
* Night shift
You will receive a 20% shift premium for back shift and 35% shift premium for night shift.
Pay Structure
* Training Rate GBP11.91 per/hour. Training on all hand held harness repairs. Min 2 month period - Max 12 week (parity Pay)
* Level 1 (Trained rate) GBP13.16 per/hour. Fully trained on all hand held harnesses. Max 6 month service
* Level 2 (Hand held harness trained + Robotic equipment training rate) GBP13.51 per/hour. Repairing all hand held equipment and training to repair all Robotic equipment. Minimum 3 month - Max 12 month service
* GBP13.85 - Max 24 month Service
* Full Rate GBP14.89. Fully trained to repair & service all hand held harnesses plus Robotic harnesses and torches.
Note - The training rate timeline through to the full rate is only a guide with the possibility of the full rate being offered earlier than indicated.
