We are seeking to appoint a part-time Events Assistant to work in the Cheltonian Society Office at Cheltenham College. The Cheltonian Society exists to cultivate relationships with Old Cheltonians, current and past parents and past staff and friends of College. The Events Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support in all aspects of the Society’s work.

Hours of work will be 20 per week, Monday to Friday and can be worked as agreed with the departmental manager.  Due to the nature of the role, there will be a requirement to work occasional evening and weekend work for which time-off-in-lieu will be given.

The salary will be £19,000 (pro – rata).

Applicants must be able to manage a busy and varied workload and will be expected to demonstrate a significant amount of initiative. Meticulous attention to detail is a must.
