Hamlin Knight is working alongside a leading business in the recruitment of a Internal Sales Executive. This role is based in Rotherham and has access links from all surrounding areas of Rotherham including Barnsley and Sheffield.
Due to continued growth, my client is looking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive for its exceptionally busy site. You will be reporting into the Sales and Marketing Manager with the ultimate aim of the role being to develop and implement a commercially led sales strategy through the relevant channels. This role would suit an experienced Internal Sales Executive who has the ability to account manage clients and project manage bespoke works.
The Job:
- Secure UK orders
- Keep appraised of the companies product categories and the technical benefits
- To provide general sales support for the UK sales team where necessary
- Increase the level of quote opportunities for the team month on month via prospecting
- Keep an updated overview of the market and our competitors
- Ensure that Sales Targets are achieved by tracking and closing projects currently detailed on the area quote bank
- Generation of new sales enquiries through existing contacts, current leads, personal contacts and via existing lead generation routes
- Carry out lead generation and prospecting to identify future sales opportunities, via telephone and email
- Deal with all incoming sales enquiries into the sales office
-Diligently manage the content of the CRM system and ensure that the information input is accurate
- Track all UK quotes and update the information on CRM
The Candidate:
• Results driven with a desire to succeed
• Ability to build and maintain long lasting relationships with customers
• Determined, sales and KPI focussed
The Package:
• Up to GBP22k Salary (DOE)
• 40hrs per week
• Reputable company with progression available
