Administrator/Customer Services - Crawley - GBP9ph/ GBP20k - Immediate Start

***Temp to Perm***

The Opportunity:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a confident, competent Administrator/ Customer Service professional to join this busy team in Crawley. You will work closely alongside the call centre division ensuring that calls are acted upon in the appropriate manner within a good timeframe.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* To effectively and efficiently receive and act upon calls received in the Call Centre
* Plan and resource for the weeks demand.
* Manage and arrange orders for deliveries.
* Ensure Service compliancy targets are met, alongside the Compliancy manager.
* Providing an effective and efficient service to all callers contacting the Call Centre.
* To work with both client and customers to support the team to ensure that clean information is available and entered accurately onto the database.
* To work alongside call handlers to process information through telephone demand.
* Fully utilise IT & communication systems as well as MS Office to undertake tasks to the highest standards
* Liaise with the Resource controller and Team Leader to ensure that jobs are allocated effectively and efficiently.
* To liaise and communicate fully with the client, providing challenge where necessary and recording clean information on the database.
* To work directly with all members of the service teams which include Gas servicing, Planned and Responsive Repairs, to ensure that all administration requirements are managed.
* To communicate with the supply chain, trade suppliers, directly employed operatives and subcontractors, instructing works where necessary, providing challenge where appropriate.
* To contact residents and arrange mutually agreed appointments to carry out works.
* To compile mail merges and sending out letters.
* To manage spread sheets, maintaining data integrity.
* To present a professional manner to represent the business to the client and customers.
* To provide detailed reports on non-compliant properties to the client suitable for initiating legal action
* To submit boiler installation warranty's.
* To manage and priorities Void Property Gas works.

What you'll need:
To succeed in this role, you will have a keen and a willingness to become an integral member of the team in improving the service to all areas of the business as appropriate.

Skills & abilities:
* Accurate data entry skills.
* Good Organisational and prioritisation skills.
* Capable of working on own initiative and part of a team
* Self-motivated
* Good timekeeping
* Ability to communicate in written and oral form
* Attention to detail
* Ability to demonstrate good customer care
* Experience in a similar role is desired
* IT skills - Microsoft Excel, Access and Outlook.
* A willingness to learn.
* Must be able to maintain a calm presence in a challenging environment.
* Experience working with commercial or domestic gas would be advantageous

Education & Qualifications:
* A minimum of four GCSE's grade A-C (or equivalent); must include Maths and English
* An understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel

Knowledge:
* An appreciation for safety in the workplace
