Consult with customers to offer individual flight arrangements from local airports with a wide choice of airline partners.
Consult with customers on our product offerings
Planning pre and post-tour tailor-made holiday extensions including tailor-made flight arrangements.
Offering flight and accommodation upgrades with a wide choice of airline partners.
Completion of post-sale administration.
Answering inbound calls and routing these to the correct team within the business.
Offering exceptional service levels to all customers.
