***Long Term, full-time SEN TA role

***2nd class degree or higher
***Previous experience of or a passion for working with SEN children essential
This post requires a reliable and self-assured SEN TA who has achieved a second class degree or higher. Previous experience of working with SEN children is essential, be it in a school, care, formal or informal environment. The portfolio of the successful SEN TA will include a truly compassionate nature and the calm demeanour to work with SEN pupils. The school are hoping for a SEN TA who is able to deal with challenging situations quickly and firmly, showing their classroom management skills which is an important trait to have as a teacher.
In this SEN TA position you will be working both one-to-one with individual pupils with additional needs and also leading intervention classes with small groups of both higher and lower achievers. You will be supported and directed by the approachable SENCO who is renowned for having every pupil's best interest a heart. Working in collusion with this inspirational character, you will devise and implement plans for the pupils under your care as you aim to give them the best educational experience possible!
