This is a new and exciting refurbishment in a 4* Boutique Hotel in West London!

We have recently re-opened our restaurant area, and changed our concept! We are now offering a Vegetarian / Vegan restaurant experience, which will cover breakfast / lunch / afternoon tea and dessert menus. We are opening from 6am through to 5pm 7 Days a week.

We are looking for an established and proven restaurant manager, who will deliver an informed and service orientated guest experience. A restaurant manager who enjoys developing and training a team, alongside having a hand in recruitment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for hiring an assistant manager, alongside setting service standards and working closely with the exec chef to create a one of a kind experience.

Ideally:

• Proven restaurant manager
• Previous experience working within a hotel environment
• Someone who is friendly and personable
• A manager who is driven and excited by this challenge
• Someone with experience managing a team of 10+
• BOH paperwork experience will be required.

You will be responsible for the smooth day to day operation of the restaurant floor, anticipating customer needs before they have been asked and delicately handling any situations that may arise.

You will need to have a hands on approach to work, as you will be responsible for leading and managing the team of junior staff.

You will also need to have a very strong passion for food. This restaurant is founded by a dedicated Chef, who prides themselves in the enthusiasm their staff share for their food and business.

We are looking for interesting and friendly RESTAURANT MANAGERS to join our team. Having previous experience of working in high volume, quality restaurants, and Michelin star/ rosette backgrounds would be preferred but is not essential. However we do ask that you must have at least 1 years' experience at a similar position to be able to apply.
