Commercial Insurance Account Executive required by Insurance Specialist based in their Gillingham office, Dorset. Salary GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 depending on skills and experience. Relevant experience of working in commercial insurance is essential and it would be beneficial if you have experience of Farm and Agriculture insurance. You will need strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide variety of interested parties. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, with an appetite to learn and achieve professional qualifications. Please note this role is based in Gillingham, Dorset.
As an Account Executive, you'll be part of our successful Commercial Insurance team. You will be required to deal with a huge range of different customers, providing the expertise they require and handling and resolving all enquiries promptly and positively.
You:
-Relevant experience of working in commercial insurance
-Experience using Acturis software
-Ability to deliver excellent customer service
-Capable of developing existing business and generating new business
-Ability to work in a team/team player
-Ability to work swiftly yet accurately
-Cope with varying workloads and pressures
-Good negotiation skills
-Decision making
-Numeracy and literacy skills (to GCSE level/equivalent)
-Computer-literate
