Job Description 
Post Title: Technician
Location: Inverness
Hours: 35 Hours per week
Duration: Permanent
Salary: GBP22,623 - GBP25,444 p.a. (Pay Award Pending)
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

JobPurpose:
- To maintain the accident database, carry out analysis of road accident patterns and associated investigations.
- To assist in the development and implementation of the Council's 20mph speed limit and traffic calming programme.
- To assist in the preparation of safer routes to school and other road safety schemes.
- Assist in the delivery and implementation of Road Safety Education Programmes in Schools.
- Work within a small team responsible for the development of the accident reduction & Safer Routes to School Programmes
