My Client is a world leading manufacturer of high technology industrial machines for the woodworking, glass and stone industries. The Role

The Main focus of this role is you will be responsible for the repair service of our range of technologically advanced CNC woodworking machinery and supporting the installation and servicing teams when required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose machine issues to repair the company's range of technically advanced CNC machinery.
• Install and service the company's range of technically advanced CNC machinery when required. Ensure all necessary materials are prepared and provided to successfully complete the job required.
• Deal with customers in an effective and professional manner, developing excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Take ownership of issues and work with flexibility according to customer needs, until the problem is properly resolved.

Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, pneumatic schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Extensive knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems.
• Clean UK driving license
• Knowledge of CAD Software is beneficial
