We are a modern, nimble Azure & AWS cloud infrastructure business and we’re still growing! We’re looking to fill a newly created role of New Business Sales Director. 

This is a dynamic position to lead and build your dream new business function in the explosive Cloud Solutions market.

+ Working directly with the CEO and the Board
+ Execute your sales strategy, methodology, and go-to-market
+ Work and influence SMEs in the £5-£50m space
+ Shape marketing, events and inside sales to generate leads
+ Build out and lead a new business team
+ Be part of a growing business nimbly snatching market share
+ Work a unique market angle with partners such as Microsoft 

We're looking for you to:

+ Lead & drive new business strategy and sales
+ Set and execute your own new business sales targets
+ Negotiate with customers to secure accounts and contracts
+ Devise marketing and lead generation initiatives with our marketing & events team
+ Orchestrate Presales and Solutions Architects and external partners to present compelling client solution pitches
+ Gather & act on competitor and market intelligence
+ Increase revenues and profits of managed hosting and cloud environments
+ Manage the performance of the Sales and Account Management Teams (when appointed)
+ Act as an ambassador to raise the Wirehive profile, branding and credibility 
+ Ensure customer SLA’s are met without eroding expected margins 

About You?

+ You know how to develop business in the cloud hosting environment
+ You know your way around boutique SIs and SME pain points
+ You love working in close dynamic teams where your profile is always visible
+ You want to stamp your mark on the sales process because you know what works and what doesn’t
+ You like the end to end power to influence sales without the stress of managing all the moving parts
+ Winning a new client through your vision and drive for excellence makes your day!
+ Working with bright people who challenge you but support you in client deals drives your passion to learn and develop your skills
+ You are decisive yet diplomatic in adversarial situations and able to negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and internal stakeholders
+ You have been immersed in Cloud infrastructure and software solution sales and have a good level of technical understanding of Microsoft and Amazon and hosted web applications
