CHEF DE PARTIE - straight shifts - fresh cuisine - GBP21,500 -
This unique establishment caters for the coffee shop during the day and in the evenings there is a restaurant serving a TDH menu.
With a brigade of 5 chefs they prepare fresh, seasonal cuisine and everything is made in house including all the cakes for the coffee shop. As Chef de Partie you will have the opportunity to cover all sections and assist with the day to day running of the kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have an NVQ level 2 qualification in catering and some previous experience within a professional kitchen. Although straight shifts this role will include working at weekends and in the evenings, although there are no late finishes.
