Young People Support Worker

We have a brand new opportunity! We are looking for individuals on a full time basis supporting young people!

The role: You will be supporting young people with challenging behaviour, they may display mental health or learning difficulties. You will working on a rota basis with a mixture of shifts, day, nights, sleeps and waking nights. Therefore it is crucial that you are reliable and flexible. This role will include family involvement, you must be able to engage with the young people and be keen to in a new opportunity. The role will provide training therefore it is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start something new and exciting!

The requirements: You will have previous experience working with young people and experience with learning difficulties or mental health. You will be a calm and positive individual. You must be flexible as initially this job will have travelling involved but this aspect will change in the future.
